- Assisted the owners to restructure the sales & revenue management functions post COVID-19 partial closure
- Prepared all the Hotel Department Manuals & SOP
- Prepared all Staff JDs/KPIS
- Restructured the Sales & Marketing department and launched the revenue room Concept
- Launched tactical sales promotions
- Prepared the Hotel for the QAA and established a PMP
- Setup all the corporate sales strategies and create a competitive online distribution strategy
